Jason Hirsh Comments on OPM Breach in Law360

Litigation Partner Jason Hirsh was quoted in Law 360's "Privacy Cases To Watch In 2015: Midyear Report," an analysis of the most important privacy cases yet to be decided this year. Among those is the cyber attack on the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) databases, one of the largest of its kind ever carried out against the U.S. government. When discussing what the effect of the breach will be on pending legislation, Hirsh states, “Congress doesn’t need a better example than what happened in its backyard, so to speak."
