Jason Hirsh Co-authors Chapter on Dodd-Frank Act and CFPB in ABA Book

Jason Hirsh, partner in the firm’s litigation group, is a co-author of “Chapter 16: The Dodd-Frank Act and the CFPB” in the recently published book titled, The Law on Truth and Lending, an update of Truth in Lending by Ralph J. Rohner and Frederick H. Miller. A valuable resource for professionals with Truth in Lending issues or questions, the work provides comprehensive coverage of Truth in Lending law through 2013, describing the current state of the law and its evolution over the past 40 years.

Hirsh’s chapter focuses on the provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act, the most significant financial reform since the Great Depression of the 1930s, that affect regulation of consumer credit practices.
