This month, InsideCounsel’s cover story focused on the obstacles social media presents to businesses and law departments. The article discusses the firm's June 15th in-house panel entitled, "Social Media Burnout: SPF For Your Business," which addressed many of these issues using both real world examples and hypothetical situations. To emphasize the expanse of social media concerns, the panel addressed these issues using a multi-disciplinary approach, with input from attorneys in the firm's labor and employment, intellectual property, litigation, and corporate groups, as well as their marketing director.
