Community Associations Partner Howard Dakoff will be a presenter at the 35th Annual CAI Illinois Condo-HOA Conference & Expo. Howard will speak on topic, 'Whisking Up Ways to Thrive in Place: A Discussion About Aging in Place.'
This session will review the phenomena of Aging in Place, legal issues facing naturally occurring retirement communities (NORCs), and company policies and procedures that can help you when dealing with an aging ownership.
