Community Association partner Howard Dakoff was quoted in "Woman sues condo association over attack outside building" published by Crain's Chicago Business. The article reports on a West Loop woman who sued her condo association and a property management firm, alleging they were negligent and failed to provide adequate security near the building entrance and a nearby alley where she says she was attacked last year.
