Eliot Levy, the Manager of Process Improvement, will be a featured presenter at Ark Group’s 12th annual Knowledge Management Conference. As a key player in the roll-out of client extranets, Eliot will discuss the development and implementation of client extranets. The client extranets enables the firm to push unlimited information to clients, while providing them with simple, unrestricted information access at anytime, as well as the control and clarity they desire (a key differentiator when seeking new clients as well as fostering a “stickiness” with existing clients – due to the added value and convenience; they are less likely to go elsewhere).

Ark Group’s 12th annual Knowledge Management in the Legal Profession conference will once again provide an ideal platform for networking, discussion and debate concerning KM’s potential as an “organizational capability” for leveraging the firm’s experience, data and intellectual capital as a strategic resource, while evolving in step with demands that are reshaping the business of law.
