David Solomon to Speak at Midwest ESOP Regional Conference

David Solomon, partner in the Corporate & Securities Group, will speak on “ESOP BASICS:Lessons Learned as a New ESOP” at the Midwest ESOP Regional Conference – ESOPs Move Us Forward.

 

During the session, the panel will discuss the experience of an executive with a relatively new ESOP as to what issues have arisen early in their life cycle as an ESOP company and try to help other companies who are setting up a new ESOP to ask the right questions of their advisors early in the ESOP design process and assist other new ESOP companies with similar issues that they are facing.
