Dakoff quoted in Northwestern’s Medill Reports on the Home Affordable Modification Program

LP attorney Howard Dakoff was quoted in a February 10, 2011 article in Northwestern University's Medill Reports, entitled "Federal loan modification program still helping despite lag in numbers." In 2009, the Obama administration introduced the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) to help struggling Americans keep their homes by reducing loan payments. The success of HAMP has been challenged by some, including Dakoff, while others insist that they have been able to keep their homes as a result of the program.
