Partner Howard Dakoff was quoted in a Crain's ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com article from January 5, 2011 titled, "Mental-health non-profit wants to buy Mesirow condos." The building's developer, Mesirow Financial, is looking to sell as many as 19 condominium units in their 237-unit West Loop project to a mental-health non-profit, who will use them as housing for recovering mental-health patients. As of January 5th, the building's condo association, represented by Dakoff, had not yet reviewed the proposal, but was planning to meet and discuss it shortly thereafter.
