LP partner Howard Dakoff was quoted in a Crain’s ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com article regarding a condo association's decision to sue a resident for not cooperating with efforts to exterminate bed bugs that had infested the building, thereby causing the problem to persist, much to the dismay of other resident.
Dakoff noted that, while rare, minor bedbug disputes do occasionally end up in court.
