Steven is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and focuses on construction law matters, including ADR procedures, construction defects, design professional negligence, contracts, consumer fraud, worker injury and mechanics lien act claims. He is experienced in all phases of commercial matters, from fact investigation to pleading and motion practice, including defending and prosecuting TRO motions, written and oral discovery, preliminary injunction hearings, and trials.
After completing law school, Steven served as a clerk for the Honorable John K. Madden in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County from 1997 – 1998.
