Stephen is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group and the Restructuring & Insolvency Service Group. He has experience in representing developers, corporations and private entities in the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial and residential real estate properties. In connection with such transactions, he drafts and negotiates real estate contracts and leases and conducts title, survey and due diligence reviews. Stephen also represents regional and national lenders in real estate construction and development financing, for which he drafts and negotiates loan agreements, mortgages, subordination agreements and other related documents. He also has experience representing lenders in asset-based loan transactions and borrowers in public bond issues.
