We adopted a Business Continuity Plan that will allow the firm to continue to provide the best legal services possible to you in the event of an unprecedented situation. This plan is intended to ensure that our critical business functions will either continue to operate despite serious incidents or disasters or will be recovered to an operational state within a reasonably short period of time.
How This Impacts You
Your matters and your information are safe. We have taken every precaution to ensure that is true regardless of the circumstances. To achieve this result, three key components were addressed:
- Resilience – Design and engineer our critical business functions and their supporting infrastructure in such a way that they are materially unaffected by most disruptions – for example, through the use of redundancy and spare capacity.
- Recovery – Make arrangements to recover or restore critical and less critical business functions that fail for any reason.
- Contingency - Establish a generalized capability and readiness to cope effectively with whatever major incidents and disasters occur, including those that were not, and perhaps could not have been, foreseen. Contingency preparations constitute a last-resort response if resilience and recovery arrangements should prove inadequate in practice.
