Steve is a partner in the Banking & Finance Service Group and the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group. Steve represents some of the most prominent lenders and leasing companies in connection with both transactional and workout situations. He also represents sophisticated businesses and real estate entities. Steve is keenly aware of his clients’ need for practical and timely advice. He takes a straightforward approach when handling complex transactions by quickly identifying critical issues and providing his clients with positive steps they need to take.
As a youth, Steve had aspirations of becoming the closer for the Chicago Cubs – the player who the team turns to in the ninth inning as their best chance for pulling off a win in a tight situation. While he may not be standing on the mound in Wrigley Field, he gets the same thrill everyday from being the kind of attorney who can establish the most effective, and where necessary, creative solutions to help his clients achieve their goals.
