Rob is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group where he focuses on securities, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Rob has been with Levenfeld Pearlstein since its inception, having started as a paralegal with one of the firm’s predecessors in 1998. Rob has significant experience in forming various business entities, drafting organizational and governance documents, and dealing with corporate governance, statutory compliance and other organizational issues. Rob also has significant experience with drafting various organizational and transaction documents, including limited liability company operating agreements, corporate minutes and resolutions, stock/membership interest purchase agreements, redemption agreements, merger and other reorganization agreements, conversions, assignment and assumption agreements, disclosure schedules, and small private offering documents and their related Regulation D filings. Additionally, Rob has experience drafting and reviewing employment agreements, loan and security agreements and related documentation, terms and conditions provisions, and due diligence requests. Rob has also been a member of several due diligence teams in various corporate and real estate transactions, including the $132 million sale of stock of a corporate real estate brokerage and consulting firm.

Rob continued to work at the firm full time while going to law school at night over the course of four years. While in law school, Rob was named to the dean’s list every semester, was a published member of the law review, and graduated in the top 5 percent of his class.
