Sheri Warsh is a partner in the Trusts & Estates Group where she concentrates her practice in estate, gift and income tax planning and business succession planning matters.

Sheri's work often involves many moving pieces, which can add a level of complexity to situations that may already be emotionally difficult for her clients. In light of that, Sheri recognizes that technical knowledge is only the beginning of effective and meaningful representation. Her experience helps guide clients through complex legal considerations; and her approach adds a heightened level of sensitivity and understanding.

Sheri works with many high net worth clients on all aspects of wealth preservation and planning. Whether she is working with individuals, families, or major institutional clients, Sheri bases her practice on the client first approach. With that, Sheri pays close attention to the unique values and goals of her clients and structures a strategic plan to meet those goals. Sheri also has significant experience in the administration of estates, trust, disabled persons and minors.

Sheri actively participates in speaking engagements to inform audiences spanning to the national level about her knowledge in Trusts & Estates. Most recently, Sheri spoke for the American Law Institute (ALI-CLE) on 'Representing Estate and Trust Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries.'

Sheri is the past chair of the women’s group at LP (LPW). LPW was created to support the unique needs of the women at LP. Sheri encourages and inspires the women at the firm to consider diverse perspectives to ultimately enhance LP’s ability to deliver creative solutions to clients.

Outside the office, Sheri is an active member of the community, having served on the board of directors of the Make-a-Wish Foundation since 2016. As part of the Make-A-Wish board, Sheri helps to cultivate relationships, protect the organization's assets, and enhance its public standing.

Sheri has been recognized individually in Chambers High Net Worth Guide since 2018, with references noting that she “makes clients feel extremely comfortable and is easy to talk to and share things with.

Sheri was quoted in this USA Today article about the importance of a power of attorney for college bound children.
