Kyle Gaughan is an associate in LP’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He advises and represents clients in a range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, and commercial transactions. In his work, Kyle has drafted, negotiated and reviewed commercial contracts and managed corporate governance matters with private equity shareholders. Kyle enjoys the challenge of corporate work because of the different challenges each transaction brings about and working with clients to help them reach their business goals.
Prior to joining LP, Kyle was in-house Corporate Counsel for Ferrara Candy Company where he served as the legal lead on the Ferrero Group’s acquisition of Ferrara Candy Company. He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 2015.
