Keith Ross is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He counsels both institutional and entrepreneurial clients in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and finance matters and related business issues. In Keith’s practice, he believes it is imperative to understand the client’s business and related short-term and long-term goals. Accordingly, the end result of each transaction is consistent with the client’s greater business plan. Keith has a sense of urgency in everything he does for his clients and is proactive in resolving issues that arise during transactions.
A large part of Keith’s acquisition and disposition practice caters to the manufactured housing industry representing his clients on a national level. He also represents buyers and sellers in industrial, office and retail transactions and represents both landlords and tenants in sophisticated leasing transactions. Keith’s approach in representing his clients is to maximize efficiencies throughout the transaction, with the goal of a successful closing with no surprises and exceeding the client’s expectations. He considers himself an integral part of his client’s team and zealously and competitively (but reasonably) approaches each transaction with the mindset of getting the “win” for the client.
