Becky is a paralegal in the firm's Corporate & Securities Group where she focuses on supporting attorneys in their representation of clients across a range of transactional, commercial and securities matters. She has more than 25 years of experience with asset, stock and financing transactions. Becky works closely with clients throughout the life of the transaction, starting with due diligence through the closing process. In addition, Becky has assisted the firm's growing ESOP practice by managing the ongoing maintenance process for ESOP clients.

Becky's extensive transactional experience has equipped her to provide focused and thoughtful support to other areas of the firm. As a result, she assists attorneys in LP’s Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, and Banking and Restructuring Groups. She provides corporate and project management support in commercial real estate and lending transactions and works closely with family offices.

Becky marries her paralegal experience and passion for process improvement as the firm’s Paralegal Project Manager, where she focuses on project management, process mapping and training across the firm. Becky received her Registered Paralegal designation from the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in July of 2002, and in August 2016 she received a Yellow Belt in Legal Lean Sigma and Project Management from the Legal Lean Sigma Institute.
