Yolanda Pinkney is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Group, where she assists LP lawyers on cases involving clients ranging from banking giants to small entrepreneurial businesses with 10 or fewer employees.

With over a decade of legal experience, Yolanda has had significant exposure to complex litigation, including banking and finance, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and homeowners and commercial eviction in pre and post judgment matters. 

Yolanda is mindful of the cost considerations throughout the litigation process. As a result, she works to develop strategies that combat inefficiencies and miscommunication.
