Bob is a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group where he focus on the sophisticated legal needs of businesses and individuals, their families, family offices, and not-for-profit organizations.  He assists his clients with matters relating to wealth transfer, wealth accumulation, asset protection and succession planning.

Each of his clients, whether in business, practicing a profession, or both, has unique legal needs which must be addressed.  To meet those needs, Bob’s practice embraces a broad range of legal concerns, from initial planning and formation to dealing with mid-stream issues to conclusion.

He concentrates his practice in estate and trust planning and estate and trust administration representing individuals, families, and fiduciaries in all phases of estate planning, trust administration, charitable giving, succession planning, ownership transition, trust and estate litigation, and risk management. He is also heavily involved with clients regarding closely-held business planning, sale and acquisition of business assets, trust administration, charitable giving and private foundation administration.

In the context of our uncertain legislative environment, Bob also advises clients on the impact of federal and state estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes.
