Robert Wertheimer is Of Counsel with our Asset Planning & Preservation Group. His corporate, estate planning and tax experience is extensive, with emphasis in mergers and acquisitions, corporate counseling and estate planning. He has represented numerous clients from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction, entertainment, retail, health care, and trade organizations. He has served as corporate counsel to privately held businesses, public companies, entrepreneurs, professional service firms, and non-profit organizations. Robert has also been a frequent speaker before business groups on a variety of legal and other topics. He is involved in a number of civic and charitable activities in which he has held many leadership positions. Robert is a member of the Illinois and Florida State Bar.
