Paul Ochmanek is an associate in the Community Associations Service Group where he is assisting condominium associations with collections, foreclosure actions, building code violations and rule enforcement.

Paul’s association work includes:

• Declaration and rule enforcement
• Assessment collection as well as forcible entry and detainer actions
• Representing Associations at administrative hearings on building code violations
• Representing Associations in foreclosure actions
• Assisting with “turn-over” from the Developer to the newly formed Association
