Mehgan S. Peetz

Mehgan Peetz is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Mergers, Acquisitions & Private Equity Service Group. She concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, representing public and private companies in transactions and financings. Mehgan also negotiates and drafts agreements in connection with financings, private mergers, stock and asset purchases and other business combinations, and conducts and manages extensive due diligence, including review and analysis of equity, employment, supplier and customer agreements. She also advises private equity portfolio companies on general corporate matters and represents borrowers with respect to private secured and unsecured financings.
