Keith A. Ross

Keith Ross is a partner in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, development and finance matters, and related business issues, including the formation and structuring of joint venture and investment entities. A large part of Keith’s practice caters to the manufactured housing industry including buying, financing and selling communities including the consumer financing paper and mobile home inventory which often accompany the parks. Alternate transfer structures (i.e., transfers of the ownership entities rather than a deed conveyance of the subject property) and the allocation of purchase price among real and personal property and goodwill are often utilized to minimize transfer taxes and the impact on the assessed values (and therefore real estate taxes) of the subject properties.

Keith also represents landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions for office, retail, and industrial properties.

Keith has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, since 1996.
