Jason P. Neumark

Jason Neumark is a partner in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group. During his 16 years of practice, Jason has developed extensive experience in a wide variety of sophisticated real estate transactions. In particular, he was worked on numerous acquisitions and sales of large shopping centers, multifamily apartment projects, hotels and other commercial properties. In addition, Jason has considerable mortgage finance experience on the borrower and lender side. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans have become a subspecialty of Jason’s. He also has experience with loan workouts and restructurings, as well as other distressed real estate transactions. Jason also represents landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leases and subleases.

Jason has represented many national institutional clients as well as local entrepreneurs. No matter the experience level or other unique characteristics of the client, Jason works to provide service that meets each client’s particular needs.
