Jason Hirsh is a member of Levenfeld Pearlstein's Litigation Practice Group. He has extensive experience in litigating a broad range of federal and state claims from commencement to appeal. He has litigated business disputes, involving antitrust, anticompetitive business practices, breach of fiduciary duties, shareholder oppression, fraud, breach of contract, consumer finance, employment and commercial real estate. He also devotes extensive time to counseling clients with respect to electronic discovery and corporate document retention and informational governance policies and has served as an invited speaker on both of these topics.
