Jacqueline M. Amatulli

Jackie Amatulli is an associate in the firm’s Taxation Service Group and Corporate Practice Group. She concentrates her practice on advising corporations and partnerships on U.S. federal income tax matters, as well as cross-border tax planning in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, real estate transactions and reorganizations. Jackie also regularly represents multinational and domestic companies in a wide range of tax controversy issues, including state and local tax matters.

She is also actively involved in the firm's pro bono practice, and provides tax counseling and tax preparation services to low income families in the Chicagoland area through the Ladder Up Tax Assistance Program.

Prior to her legal career, Jackie was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte and Touche.
