- Andrea's Insights
Andrea helps LP attorneys grow their lines of business and develop deeper, more effective relationships with firm clients. She oversees all marketing efforts at LP, including content creation and distribution, website development, seminars and events, public relations, advertising, social media, and all other outward-facing communications.
At LP, Andrea initiated the firm’s creation of extensive video content for the firm website, a project that won Legal Marketing Association “Your Honor” awards from both the national organization and Midwest chapter. On her watch, the firm ranked #1 in Marketing the Law Firm’s “Magnificent 25,” a listing of the top law firm marketing departments and a 2012 website redesign. For the past two years she has directed the firm’s client feedback and interview process.
She previously served as Marketing Projects Manager at an AmLaw 100 firm, where, among other duties, she coached attorneys on marketing and was responsible for all firm sponsorships.
Respected throughout the legal marketing community for her ability to make marketing visions a reality, Andrea has been asked to speak at the LMA’s national conference (2013) and to serve as co-chair of the Thomson-West Social Media Conference (2013).
Her community activities reflect the same positive and indefatigable spirit that she brings to her work. An organizer of the Riverside Farmer’s Market, Andrea was appointed to the Illinois Farmer’s Market Task Force, a 25-member body that works with relevant constituencies and develops best practices for farmers markets across the state. She also leads a Brownie troop and serves as a marketing consultant to the board of directors of Trinity High School, the international baccalaureate school from which she graduated.
Andrea earned her B.A., cum laude, in International Relations and Diplomacy from Dominican University and was selected to participate in the Kellogg School of Management’s Women’s Leadership Workshop. She is an active LMA member, serving as the Chair of the Special Programs Committee (2007-08) and was Treasurer for the Midwest LMA Board (2008-10).
