Matt is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group where he focuses on raising private capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation. His experience includes a broad range of corporate deals and matters confronting entrepreneurial and middle-market companies including issues related to corporate growth, intellectual property, securities, contracts, tax, employment, lending and corporate governance. In addition, Matt works with real estate companies in raising capital and tax structuring, and has carved a niche in acquiring, chartering and financing business aircrafts.
