Mark is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group and has seven years of experience. His experience includes representing investor/developers clients in multi-residential and commercial real estate transactions; performing lease negotiations, including telecommunications leases with urban and rural municipalities; and zoning issues. He has conducted zoning presentations to government officials and investigated sites to determine zoning classification and restrictions. Mark’s work has also included site analysis, particularly in locating and identifying properties for telecommunication sites on behalf of large telecommunication clients.
