Linsey is a partner in the Real Estate group where she works with clients to make sure their real estate assets are furthering their business needs. Recognizing that for many companies having the right property can be key to the success of their business, she ensures that her clients are well positioned to plan for their future success by asking the right questions and advocating for her client's needs. Linsey represents both commercial landlords and tenants, helping them to plan for potential risk, future growth needs and eventual exit from the asset. Linsey enjoys educating her clients on market trends and finding alternative solutions to make sure they feel informed and protected. In addition, Linsey has helped buyers and sellers with acquisition and disposition of commercial properties in all asset classes with special emphasis on multi-family and single tenant properties.
One of Linsey's passions is process improvement and project management, and she has helped spearhead many of the firm's initiatives around these goals. By providing clients with detailed scope for their project, managing timelines and effectively delegating work, she is able to provide cost-efficient and timely results for her clients.
