David Solomon’s profile was featured in NCEO’s January- February Employee Ownership Report. In 2009, David founded the firm’s ESOP practice, which has helped multiple companies implement new ESOPs and continues to help ongoing ESOP clients manage their ESOPs according to industry best practice. David, a 22-year veteran in the ESOP community, joined the NCEO board in 2015, has made a successful contribution to the board’s activities of employee ownership in the Chicago Business community.
