Levenfeld Pearlstein Bolsters Litigation Practice
Chicago, October 21, 2003 – Levenfeld Pearlstein has added four new attorneys to its litigation practice, significantly enhancing its capabilities.
Joining the firm as partner is Steven P. Gomberg. He has over 30 years’ experience litigating complex business matters. He primarily represents securities broker-dealers in employment and customer disputes. Steve employs a wide array of tools to resolve these disputes, including arbitration. Steve earned a B.S. from Bradley University and a J.D. from DePaul University.

Also joining Levenfeld’s litigation group as associates are:
Christopher S. Griesmeyer. Chris is a commercial litigator with experience in shareholder and partnership disputes, products liability cases, debt collection matters, non-competition and trade secret disputes, environmental litigation matters, commercial real estate disputes, and consumer and common law fraud actions. He received a B.A. from Northwestern University in 1996 and a J.D. from University of Virginia in 1999.
Christopher M. Heintskill. Chris is a commercial litigator with experience in contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional liability, real estate disputes, homeowner’s association litigation, labor and employment claims, restrictive covenant litigation and business torts. He received a B.A. from Loyola University in 1996 and a J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology, Kent College of Law in 2000.
Neha A. Parikh. Neha is a commercial litigator with experience in insurance defense, contract disputes, professional liability and business torts. She received a B.S., magna cum laude, in 1997 and a J.D. in 2000 from University of Florida.
