Kimberly is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group. She has participated in all aspects of commercial real estate transactional law, including sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing, condominium conversions and development. She has been involved with various types of transactions involving retail, office, condominium, industrial properties and vacant land. In connection with such transactions, she drafts and negotiates real estate contracts, leases and other related documents, performs title and survey review, and conducts due diligence.
