Partner Jonathan Friedland will discuss the topic of Strategic Alternatives for Distressed Businesses at the upcoming West Indianapolis Speaker Series.

Jonathan represents financial buyers and strategic buyers in acquisitions of distressed companies and their assets.  He has extensive experience guiding companies through a variety of challenging situations, with an emphasis on out of court negotiations and Chapter 11 proceedings. Jonathan serves as an adjunct professor of strategic management at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business and is the author or contributing editor for several West Publications including:
