Howard is a partner in the Community Associations Service Group. He has extensive experience rendering legal advice to newly formed associations, counseling on general governance issues, and assisting condominium developers in converting residential properties to condominiums.

Howard frequently writes on a variety of condominium and community association issues and has been featured in such publications as Condo Lifestyles, the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun Times, and Common Interest Magazine .  He is also a frequent speaker at condominium law seminars and trade shows.

In 2003, Howard was named by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of “40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch.”
