His practice has focused on a range of employee benefits and compensation law issues, including qualified and non-qualifed retirement plans, health plans, equity and non-equity compensation arrangements, ERISA fiduciary counseling, corporate transactions and ERISA litigation. His clients have included Fortune 500, large and middle-market companies; multi-employer pension, health and welfare funds; governmental agencies, individuals and third-party administrators.
