Frank is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practice Group where he represents clients in lease negations, including telecommunications leases with urban and rural municipalities. He is experienced in conducting zoning presentations to government officials for telecommunication installations, and has also performed site analysis for locating and identifying properties for telecommunication sites on behalf of large telecommunication clients. Prior to joining Levenfeld Pearlstein, Frank was the regional director of operations for a site development company, responsible for all Midwestern operations involving multiple telecomm clients and projects affecting more than 2,000 cellular tower sites
