Stuart Kohn moderating course, "Gift and Estate Tax: Forms 706 & 709"

Stuart will be moderating "Gift and Estate Tax: Forms 706 & 709" on December 15, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The course will be held in the Gleacher Center at the University of Chicago. He will introduce a panel of experienced Illinois attorneys who will walk through the process of reviewing a decedent’s estate with a living trust, retirement plan, and life insurance issues. The program will teach a practical approach to Forms 706 & 709, and Illinois Estate Tax Form 700. Stuart will specifically present about post-mortem tax planning advice, including deductions and elections.
