Romanoff Presenting at Thirty-Seventh Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute

Rob Romanoff, a partner in the firm's Asset Planning and Preservation group, will be speaking at the Thirty-Seventh Annual Notre Dame Tax & Estate Planning Institute in South Bend, Indiana. The Institute will be held at South Bend's Century Center September 15-16. Rob will be presenting on, " Early Termination Of Private And Charitable Trusts: Spendthrift Clauses And The Claflin Doctrine Revisited After 100 Years!," on September 16.
