Rob Romanoff, Managing Partner and a member of the firm's Trusts & Estates group, was interviewed by Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. In the article, "Making the Grade," Rob reflects on the state of the firm after his first year as managing partner. He says, "I actually think our firm is in very good shape. The firm is strong financially. Our lawyers are busy. Our stated goal is to be a dominant midsize, independent law firm in Chicago. Some of the challenges you see other firms facing, we simply don’t have now. We don’t have any debt. We don’t have any unfunded obligations."
He goes on to discuss challenges facing the firm, his trusts and estates practice, and the growth plan for 2014.
