LP Named to The National Law Journal’s 2014 Midsize Hot List
Firm is one of only two Chicago-based firms recognized.
Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC (LP) is pleased to announce that it has been named to The National Law Journal’s 2014 "Midsize Hot List.” LP is one of only 20 law firms across the country, and just two in Chicago, to be recognized for “succeeding at a time when many of their bigger competitors are struggling amid high headcounts and overhead.” The “Midsize Hot List” feature, which honors firms with 51-150 attorneys, is published in the May 26 issue of The National Law Journal, available here.
In recognizing LP, The National Law Journal cited LP’s transparency in every aspect of its business—from compensation to 360-degree reviews, where every employee has the opportunity to review the firm’s partners. The National Law Journal also cited the firm’s commitment to client service that goes well beyond doing what is asked, to working proactively to develop solutions to clients’ business issues—including issues that clients may not even realize they have.
“We are honored to have been recognized by The National Law Journal as one of the nation’s best midsize law firms,” said Robert Romanoff, LP’s managing partner. “We pride ourselves in being flexible enough to respond to the legal marketplace in a thoughtful and creative way, and that flexibility also enables us to develop solutions to internal and client challenges that larger firms might be less likely to attempt. This creates significant value for our clients, and this honor serves as additional validation that our clients and the legal marketplace appreciate our efforts.”
