Chris is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group and the Securities & Commodities Litigation Service Group. His core practice is commercial litigation and encompasses contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional liability, real estate disputes, homeowner’s association litigation, labor and employment claims, restrictive covenant litigation and business torts.

Chris also has significant experience representing business enterprises in federal and state courts across the United States in numerous contract, non-competition agreement and trade secret litigation cases. He has also participated in the negotiation and preparation of commercial agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses.
