Attorneys
Attorneys sometimes shut their doors to focus on work, and our attorneys are no different. But they also thrive on relationships with their colleagues and depend on them. The interaction among our attorneys results in a continuously effective approach to client service. When a client’s situation calls for collaboration between multiple legal specialties, our attorneys know exactly who to go to. Additionally, the firm fosters strong relationships between partners and associates, to both enhance client workflow and continuously develop an associate’s career. Our associates are often exposed to complex matters that, in other firms, they must wait years to work on.
Many of our attorneys were leaders in their respective practices at other larger firms, and they came to LP because of opportunity. We are a growing firm that depends on initiative, ambition, and above all, an unending dedication to excellence. Business Management
LP was born out of a need to allow lawyers to be lawyers. Many firms across the country are mired in committees, indecision, and a battle to balance an attorney’s client and management responsibilities. This is where our firm is truly different. We are run like a business, not like a law firm. Our management’s primary concern is to provide attorneys all the time and space they need for their clients. Business decisions get made, lawyers get to be lawyers, and our clients reap the benefits.
