Partner - Corporate Practice Group
The Corporate Practice Group represents business organizations ranging from entrepreneurial operated mid-sized companies to large national and global companies. The bulk of our clients are privately-owned businesses with revenues in the $10 million to $20 million range. We also have private equity and other institutional clients. We are seeking to expand our relationships on both the private client and institutional client side. Our lawyers provide general counseling to help clients understand and solve complex legal, tax, and business issues at every stage of representation.
