Bryan is a founding partner of Levenfeld Pearlstein and has been chairman since the firm’s inception in 1999.

As a corporate and bankruptcy lawyer, Bryan has experience in both cycles of capital markets, offering clients a wealth of knowledge into why businesses succeed, and why they fail. He has structured transactions involving financings, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, and has represented companies and lenders in bankruptcy and other workout litigation. With considerable experience in selling and purchasing distressed assets and businesses, Bryan is frequently called upon to speak on topics in this area.

Bryan is a businessman who happens to be a lawyer, with a passion for building businesses and providing clients critical legal advice necessary to their success. As someone who has endured the frustrations and joy of building a business, many clients consult with him for non-legal advice on strategy, leadership, management, business planning, marketing, organizational development, and coaching of employees and the leaders of the business themselves.
