Brian is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate & Finance Practice Group. He has five years of experience working on all facets of commercial real estate transactions. He represents clients in negotiating and drafting loan documentation, reviewing and drafting various commercial lease agreements, easement and condominium development documentation, and reviewing title work in conjunction with surveys. Brian also has experience in sale leaseback transactions and zoning of telecommunication facilities. His clients have included mobile home parks, multi-family and retail buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, warehouse facilities and telecom sites.
