Amy is a partner in the firm's Real Estate & Finance Practice Group focusing on acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. Amy represents both institutional and entrepreneurial clients in various types of real estate including office, retail, industrial, multi-family and manufactured housing communities. She is regularly involved with the leasing of One Mag Mile, a prominent mixed-use development on Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy was an associate with a Seattle firm representing a client owning over 150 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities throughout the United States. In that capacity she gained experience in the management and coordination of all phases of facility transactions, including drafting and negotiating all acquisition, disposition and leasing documents, performing property and asset due diligence and overseeing outside counsel as needed on state-specific matters.
Amy is a member of the firm’s Green Development Initiative, a firm-wide team created to help clients understand and manage the opportunities associated with green building.
