Adam is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. His core practice is commercial litigation and encompasses contract disputes, shareholder disputes, business torts, labor and employment claims, professional liability, real estate disputes, homeowner’s association litigation and restrictive covenant litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam spent three years as a litigation associate at Dykema Gossett Rooks Pitts where he gained significant experience representing business enterprises in federal and state courts in numerous contract, tort and non-competition agreement cases. Adam has significant trial and arbitration experience, which includes successfully defending a wrongful death suit seeking in excess of three million dollars.
